What will my appointment look like?

Knowing what to expect is a great way to calm your nerves. You are always welcome at Parkgate, and below are a few things that will happen at your upcoming appointment. If you have more questions or want more information, you can text or call our 24/7 Help Line at 662.231.6002 to talk with a staff member.

Who?

You will meet with a client advocate who truly cares about you. From your very first visit—and every time you walk through our doors—you’ll be welcomed by someone who will listen without judgment, respect your story, and provide a safe, confidential space for you to share openly.

What?

At your first appointment, you’ll receive support in a calm, caring environment. This typically includes a free pregnancy test and time to talk through your questions and concerns with a client advocate.
If your test is positive, we do provide an ultrasound for every client. While it may not always take place on the same day, we will schedule it as soon as possible based on your individual situation.
Most appointments last about an hour, but we’ll take whatever time is needed to make sure you feel heard, informed, and supported.

When?

We are open from 9 AM – 4 PM Monday – Thursday and accept walk-ins until 3:30 PM! If you need to talk to a team member sooner, our 24/7 Help Line is open all day every day to connect you with an expert listener.
